Health Care Primer for Employers

PowerPoint Presentation

One of the more uncontrollable components of overhead for a business is the cost of providing health coverage for employees.  The only predictable aspect of a new year is that health care costs will rise, all too often by double digits.  This challenge impacts everything from strategic business planning to employee retention.

To appreciate the reasons for this phenomenon – and what can be done to address it – requires an understanding of the American health care environment that extends beyond employer coverage.  To that end, we have asked two experienced voices in the field to present in a webinar:  An Overview of Health Care, a Primer for Employers.
