The Backpack Program

The Backpack Program

You all know Melissa in our office.  She has joined an initiative called The Backpack Program and has invited us to help her support our community!!

Kids Aid provides backpacks full of food for the weekend to hungry school-age children and youths.  Food is delivered directly into the hands of the children to take home for the weekend.  Thanks to the generosity of this community, over 2,100 students every week are going to school fueled and ready to learn rather than heading out the door hungry with thoughts on when the lunch bell will ring.
